Tip: Get your preferred start dates
Hi, if this is the first time you are considering Plynt, this post is for you.
We usually request a lead time of 1-2 weeks to start a new test. That’s 1-2 weeks after you place the order.
That might be a bit late if you have an internal deadline to meet.
Here’s some inside info. We plan our schedules a fortnight ahead. If you tell us in advance about your deadline, we will factor that into our schedule - never mind you haven’t decided to give the order yet. When you do place the order (and we really hope you do), we’d have planned our tests to meet your deadline too.
So don’t hesitate to tell us about your deadlines, we love to hear them early.
Thanks,
-Sangita.
